Job summary

DCI Consultants Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee a critical learning content project, with potential for future learning initiatives. The ideal candidate combines a strong background in project management with a passion for education and learning.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage client and stakeholder expectations, define scope, plan resources and budgets, and ensure quality and timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in defence, learning or education sector.
• Degree in Project Management or related field; PMP/Prince2 certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a key learning content development project.
• Manage client and stakeholder communications and updates.
• Define and clarify project scope with clients; document changes.
• Plan and allocate internal and external resources.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality of learning content aligns with client expectations and standards.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status reports to senior management and clients.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future projects.
• Support cross-project learning-focused initiatives after project completion.
