Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support the development and maintenance of course materials and learning resources. You will review and organise content for quality, consistency and accuracy, and format learning and assessment materials for delivery.

Responsibilities include creating digital learning content, updating materials on Blackboard UCV, coordinating meetings, and performing basic data analysis and administrative tracking to support projects.

• Develop and update course materials and learning resources.
• Review and organise materials to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare and format learning and assessment materials.
• Create and update digital learning and basic multimedia content.
• Coordinate meetings, take notes, track action items and maintain project records.
• Perform basic data collation, analysis and administrative tracking.
• Upload, organise and maintain course content on Blackboard UCV.
• Provide general administrative and project support as required.
