Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end IT projects (hardware and software).
• Experience managing internal cross‑functional teams and external vendors/partners.
• Ability to manage triple constraints while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
• High emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Strong communication skills, effective onsite and in remote settings.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
• Good technical grounding in IT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL Expert certification strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years' experience in IT project management, including multi‑stakeholder and vendor‑driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT system projects from initiation to closure, including hardware, software, integration, and deployment.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet scope, time, and budget.
• Apply PMO governance standards with clear reporting and decision‑making.
• Track performance against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Act as focal point for stakeholders, ensuring visibility and trust.
• Oversee risk, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
