Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to lead digital learning solution initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage AI-enabled training technologies across defence, security, and enterprise domains.

You will drive strategic direction, oversee delivery of learning platforms and content, and engage stakeholders to align with organisational objectives while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing learning technology projects.
• Understanding of e-learning tools and LMS platforms.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and translate insights.
• Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about learning and innovation.
• Knowledge of AI, ML, LLMs, and Generative AI.
• Awareness of AI in learning tech.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership in defining the strategic direction of digital learning solutions.
• Coordinate PM activities to ensure timely delivery of learning platforms, talent management systems, and digital content.
• Engage stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions using VR/AR and AI-based learning tools.
• Analyze learning program effectiveness using data analytics and feedback mechanisms to recommend continuous improvements.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage procurement processes for learning technologies and services.
• Support the planning and implementation of AI-enabled learning capabilities, including intelligent search, personalised learning recommendations, virtual assistants, learning analytics, and generative AI features.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill internal teams and ensure adoption of new digital tools.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and corporate policies in the development and deployment of digital learning solutions.
