Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing learning technology projects or digital learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and emerging digital learning trends.
• Exceptional project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership in formulating and driving the strategic direction of digital learning solutions.
• Coordinate project management activities ensuring timely delivery of learning technology solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions with AI/VR/AR.
• Analyze learning program effectiveness using data analytics and feedback mechanisms.
• Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes for learning technologies.
