Job summary

Brandwatch in Singapore seeks a Digital Customer Success Manager for a maternity-cover role. You will guide customers through a self-service onboarding, manage a large pool of accounts, and drive adoption via centralized platforms like Success Hub and Intercom.

You will collaborate with Support, Sales, MDR, and Account Management to ensure smooth escalations and opportunities, focusing on scalable digital engagement for a broad customer base.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers via self-serve resources and automate communications.
• Manage a pool of accounts, optimise engagement across a broad base.
• Handle inquiries via Success Hub/Intercom, triage and resolve.
• Provide lifecycle guidance and automated usage insights & reviews.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, and account teams for transitions.
• Support scalable process improvements and feedback on workflows.
