• Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of experience in innovation,community building, employee engagement, partnerships, programmed management, projectmanagement, marketing, communications, or related fields
• Plan, create and execute high-impact innovation initiatives,events and workshops that spark creativity, experimentation and new ways of thinking leading to positive business outcomes
• Demonstrate ability to plan, organize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
• Strong programmed managementcapabilities; able to coordinate across diverse stakeholders and manage timelines effectively
• Excellent communication andstorytelling skills—able to craft clear, engaging messages across digital and physical channels
• Familiarity with digital tools, content platforms, or innovation methodologies is advantageous
