Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a Business Analyst, Digitalisation (SAP SuccessFactors) for a 1-year renewable contract at Fusionopolis, Singapore. You will own enterprise platforms, drive system enhancements and lead digitalisation initiatives across SAP, automation, analytics and AI, from understanding business pain points to designing better processes and delivering solutions end-to-end.

You’ll be the connector between Business, IT and technology, taking real ownership of enterprise

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IS/CS/Engineering/Analytics or related discipline.
• At least 2 years' experience as Business Analyst in Digitalisation (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Hands-on ERP experience, including SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise platforms and drive system enhancements.
• Lead digitalisation initiatives across SAP, automation, analytics and AI.
• From gathering requirements to testing, implementation and improvement.
• Act as connector between Business, IT and technology.

Business Analyst, Digitalisation (SAP SuccessFactors)

Contract Type: 1-year contract Renewable

Work Location: Fusionopolis, Singapore

Interview Process: 1 round via Microsoft Teams

This is more than a traditional Business Analyst role.

You'll have the opportunity to own enterprise platforms, drive system enhancements and work on digitalisation initiatives across SAP, automation, analytics and AI . From understanding business pain points to designing better processes, coordinating implementation and delivering the solution, you'll see the impact of your work end-to-end.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst, Digitalisation (SAP SuccessFactors)
• Hands-on experience in managing and supporting ERP platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors
