Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma with 1 year desktop support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
• VIP Support or Team Lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Desktop Support services to end users, including receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving help requests.
• Perform imaging and re-imaging of devices.
• Conduct and maintain asset inventories.
• Escalate issues to 3rd party vendors or resolver groups when required.
• Update and maintain incident records in the system.
• Create and update work instructions as needed.
• Document and maintain standards and procedures.
