Responsibilities

• Perform daily duty on system monitoring.
• Manage incident management and escalated incidents.
• Conduct weekly endpoint protection updates.
• Handle end user administration of Windows AD, RSA and 2FA token.
• Renew and administer certificates for servers and end users.
• Administer firewall and endpoint protection tasks.
• Monitor and check on server's health.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily duty on system monitoring
• Perform incident management and escalated incidents to level 2 maintenance team
• Perform weekly EndPoint protection updates
• Perform end user administration of Windows AD, RSA and 2FA token
• Perform Certificate renewal and administration for servers and end users
• Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection
• Monitoring and check on server's health

Requirements

• Provide operation support, maintenance and administration
