The role involves troubleshooting, timely updates, and handling service requests, with involvement in platform implementations and upgrades. The candidate will provide support to senior management and be proficient in Windows and Office, bringing 1+ year of relevant experience to a fast-paced facility

Qualifications

• 1+ year of desktop support experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Experience providing desktop support to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Install and daily operations support for client platforms to meet agreed business needs and service levels.
• Troubleshoot client platform related problems.
• Respond promptly to incidents and provide temporary and/or permanent resolution.
• Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
• Perform service requests related to client platforms.
• Monitor the agreed service level, document and maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
• Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.

Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in providing desktop support
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows / Windows XP / Microsoft Office
