Job summary

NCS in Singapore is seeking an experienced End-User Compute (EUC) Support Analyst to provide first and second-level technical support to end users, troubleshoot and resolve incidents.

You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors, manage service requests within SLA, and assist with hardware and software testing. The role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous multitasking, and a customer-focused approach to deliver timely, effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years EUC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting incidents.
• Resolve high-priority incidents and provide solutions.
• Coordinate and provide solutions for escalated incidents and ensure timely updates to users.
• Advise and coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders on technical enquiries.
• Coordinate support for seasonal exercises and ensure connectivity and readiness tests are completed on time.
• Manage ad-hoc hardware and software testing with internal and external parties and share workarounds for escalated issues.
• Process, follow up, and close service requests within SLA with complete information.
• Perform folder management tasks including creation, deletion, and modification requests by users.
