Job summary

IDC Technologies (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive IT support professional to provide Level 2 desktop and endpoint support across Windows, Linux, macOS and iPad environments. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, and technology refresh initiatives.

The role emphasizes asset and licence management, inventory accuracy, and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders. You will contribute to projects, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement in enterprise end-user computing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of desktop/endpoint support or IT operations experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Experience supporting enterprise end-user computing environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
