Job summary

OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for an IT Support and Asset Management specialist for a 2-year contract based at Paya Lebar. The role requires bilingual English & Mandarin and the ability to clear MSD security clearance.

You will manage computing devices, provide end-user support, coordinate with vendors, and train users. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30 am–6:00 pm. Eligibility is Singaporean only and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT is required.
• 1-2 years' experience in IT support or similar role.
• Experience with computing devices and end-user support.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Asset Management of Infrastructure and Computing Devices.
• Provide computer support services (Troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and maintenance) for supported software and hardware.
• Work with 3rd party vendors.
• Provide Training, Coaching and Orienting users on how to use computer devices.
• Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and to user satisfaction.
• Must be able to handle helpdesk duties.

Requirements

• Computing Devices Platform Supported: Windows, iOS, and Android
