Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an IT Operations Assistant to support walk-in customers and handle day-to-day IT operations in Singapore. You will image PCs, install software and hardware, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security procedures are followed.

You will document IT systems, collaborate with other departments, assist in IT projects, research new technologies, and explore automation/AI tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of IT operations experience.
• Knowledge of network and media services beneficial.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computer hardware and software knowledge.
• Some exposure to automation and AI tasks is a plus.
• Scripting knowledge (Python) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support walk-in customers and day-to-day IT operations.
• Imaging PCs, installing software/hardware, troubleshooting issues.
• Document IT systems and processes for reference.
• Collaborate with other departments and participate in meetings.
• Assist in planning and executing IT projects or activities.
• Research new technologies and provide improvement recommendations.
• Engage in automation and AI-related tasks as needed.
