Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support professional in Singapore to provide end-user support across Windows 10 and Office 365 environments. The role involves imaging, asset inventories, and escalation to vendors when needed. Strong communication and prioritization are essential to meet customer needs and SLA expectations.

The candidate should have experience with remote support methods and a proactive approach to documenting procedures and standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Knowledge of Intune and Active Directory is a plus.
• Background in IT helpdesk or call center support, including remote assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to users and manage end-user requests.
• Prioritize, document, and resolve incidents to meet SLA expectations.
• Perform imaging/re-imaging and asset inventories.
• Escalate to 3rd party vendors or resolver groups as needed.
• Update incident records and write/update work instructions.
• Document standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Performed Desktop Support services to users
• This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
• Perform imaging/re-imaging
• Perform asset inventories
• Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups (where appropriate)
• Updates Incident records
• Creates and updates work instructions (where necessary)
• Document standards and procedures (where necessary)

Requirements:

• Experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
• Experience in Intune and Active Directory will be an advantage
• Previous IT helpdesk and/or call center support experience, including providing remote support via the telephone or using remote tool will be added advantages
• Demonstrate knowledge in the support of workstations, and related components
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency
• Effectively communicates with teammates and manager
