PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to provide desktop support to users in Singapore. You will handle end-user requests, perform imaging/re-imaging, manage assets, and ensure incidents are documented and resolved within SLA expectations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Office 365, plus knowledge of Intune and Active Directory. Remote support, strong prioritization, and clear communication with teammates and managers are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end users via desktop helpdesk or call center.
• Ability to document and resolve incidents with SLA awareness.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide desktop support to users and resolve end-user requests.
• Imaging/re-imaging, asset inventories, and updating incident records.
• Escalate incidents to vendors or resolver groups when needed.
• Create/update work instructions and document standards.

Responsibilities:

• Performed Desktop Support services to users
• This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
• Perform imaging/re-imaging
• Perform asset inventories
• Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups (where appropriate)
• Updates Incident records
• Creates and updates work instructions (where necessary)
• Document standards and procedures (where necessary)

Requirements:

• Experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
• Experience in Intune and Active Directory will be an advantage
• Previous IT helpdesk and/or call center support experience, including providing remote support via the telephone or using remote tool will be added advantages
• Demonstrate knowledge in the support of workstations, and related components
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency
• Effectively communicates with teammates and manager
