Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate for Remote Desktop Support duties in Singapore. You will respond to end-user requests, prioritize, document, and resolve incidents while meeting SLA expectations.

Duties include escalations to third-party vendors, imaging/re-imaging, asset inventories, and updating incident records; familiarity with Intune and Windows/Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year IT/desktop support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Experience imaging/re-imaging, Intune.

Responsibilities

• Respond to end-user requests via remote desktop; prioritize, document and resolve incidents to meet SLA.
• Escalate incidents to 3rd party/vendor when needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform imaging/re-imaging and asset inventories.
• Update incident records and maintain accurate documentation.

• This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
• Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups (where appropriate)
• Perform imaging/re-imaging
• Perform asset inventories
• Updates Incident records

Requirements

• Min 1 Year of IT/ Desktop Support Experience
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Experience in imaging/re-imaging, Intune
