This full-time role focuses on maintaining client records, processing quotations and contracts, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will liaison with clients and internal teams, schedule site visits, follow up on leads, and deliver high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role within design/build.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication in English, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-service oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support sales activities by maintaining accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and orders
• Prepare and process sales documents, including quotations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure all sales enquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and client consultations whilst managing calendars for the sales team
• Follow up on leads and outstanding quotations to support the sales team in meeting targets and deadlines
• Provide administrative support to the sales department, including filing, data entry, and report preparation
• Handle client enquiries via telephone, email, and in person, providing information about products and services
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction
