Job summary

D'LEB DESIGN + BUILD PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly Showroom Coordinator to assist customers and support daily showroom operations in Paya Lebar. You will greet visitors, understand needs, and coordinate appointments with the sales and installation teams.

Strong communication, organisation, and basic Microsoft Office skills are important, and weekend work on Saturdays and Sundays is required. Training will be provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly and confident when communicating with customers.
• Organised, responsible and attentive to details.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service, retail or administrative experience an advantage.
• Willing to learn and contribute.
• Weekend work on Saturdays and Sundays required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customers’ requirements and introduce suitable products.
• Respond to enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Arrange showroom appointments and follow up with customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and related documents.
• Coordinate site measurements, deliveries and installation schedules.
• Liaise with the sales, operations and installation teams.
• Maintain customer records and showroom documentation.
• Ensure the showroom is presentable and ready to receive customers.
• Perform other administrative and showroom-related duties when required.
