Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales admin/coordination experience in construction, hardware, or building materials industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; knowledge of CRM or ERP software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations, manage administrative duties, and maintain accurate sales databases and records.
• Process sales orders, quotations, delivery orders, and invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and post‑sales support.
• Liaise between clients, sales teams, and internal departments (logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, presentations, and meeting schedules for management.
• Assist in inventory tracking, pricing updates, and general customer service tasks.
