Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant client facing experience.
• Experience in Financial Organization i.e. Investment Banking / Investment Management / Hedge Fund / Exchange.
• Market expertise in listed derivatives, OTC clearing/futures, prime brokerage, or equities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the post-trade operational relationship for a portfolio of clients.
• Ensure client queries are acknowledged, investigated, and resolved within Citi standards.
• Provide operational solutions and remediations to reduce manual touchpoints.
• Provide clients with updates relating to market events, delays or technology issues.
• Partner with Sales and Client Executives to understand front-to-back client needs.
• Attend client visits and engage in Citi-client operational relationship reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales to outline Citi client offerings and drive business growth.
• Perform analytics to review client performance and optimise client flow through systems.
