Responsibilities

• Own and manage post-trade client relationships for a portfolio.
• Acknowledge, investigate and resolve client queries within standard timelines.
• Provide operational solutions to reduce pain points and manual touchpoints.
• Give clients clear updates on market events, delays or tech issues.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Executives to understand front-to-back needs.
• Attend client visits and conduct operational relationship reviews for insights.
• Outline Citi client offering with Sales to drive business growth.
• Perform analytics to review client performance and optimize flow.
