Job summary

Citi in Singapore is seeking an experienced Application Support Senior Analyst for the TPS platform, a mission-critical trade capture and risk flow system across Rates, Credit and Securitized products.

You will coordinate with global teams to provide 24x5 coverage, manage incidents, perform reconciliations, support releases, and document procedures, while liaising with traders and development groups.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
5–8 years of experience in a support environment or similar.
Knowledge of financial markets, especially Credit and Rates Derivatives Flow.
Strong UNIX/Linux knowledge and Oracle SQL ability.
Experience with electronic markets and straight-through processing is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide user support for the mission-critical TPS trade capture system.
Support all aspects of derivative trade life cycle and regulatory reporting flows.
Perform start-of-day checks, monitor application and infra, and handover at day end.
Conduct same-day and next-day risk reconciliations.
Raise issues to tech and business teams within SLAs.
Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
Collaborate with traders, developers, and vendors to prioritize fixes.
