Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced APAC Trade Processing Services Senior Analyst to provide on-site support for Citi's TPS with 24x5 coverage.

The role requires coordinating with teams in London, New York, Mississauga, Singapore, India and Belfast to support production releases and incident management. You will help maintain, monitor and improve the trade capture system across Rates, Credit and Securitized products, ensuring timely reconciliations and strong governance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a financial IT support role.
• Strong UNIX (Solaris/Linux) knowledge.
• Extensive Oracle SQL knowledge.
• Experience with electronic markets and straight-through processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for the mission-critical trade capture system.
• Support derivative trade lifecycle, ECN, back office and regulatory reporting flows.
• Start of day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover.
• Perform same day risk reconciliations and investigations.
• Raise issues to technology and business teams in line with SLAs.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
