Job summary

sggovterp seeks a Deputy Manager to design, develop, and operationalise an enterprise Data Hub. You will drive data product management, modelling, and architecture to deliver trusted data assets for analytics, AI, and decision-making.

You will collaborate with schools, departments, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable data models and data products, ensuring governance and data quality across the institute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Experience managing vendors and technology implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Product Management aligning with strategic priorities.
• Design and maintain enterprise data models supporting analytics and AI.
• Contribute to enterprise data architecture blueprints and standards.
• Review ETL/ELT pipelines; ensure data quality and integration.
• Oversee vendor engagements and ensure delivery meets requirements.
