Job summary

Ministry Of Social And Family Development in Singapore seeks a Deputy Director/Senior Deputy Director (Family Data, Analytics and AI) to shape data foundations, leverage AI, and turn family data into actionable insights that improve policy, programmes, operations and service delivery.

Reporting to the Director, OPT, you will oversee the Family Data Hub as FLG's strategic data product, set the vision and roadmap, drive adoption, governance and capability across divisions to deliver impactful

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Statistics or Mathematics.
8+ years working experience in data, analytics, digital, product management, technology or transformation (preferably with leadership of teams).
Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect policy and business needs with data/technology.

Responsibilities

Lead FLG’s data, analytics and AI strategy and roadmap.
Own and drive Family Data Hub as the strategic data product.
Strengthen data governance and stewardship across FLG divisions.
Drive analytics/BI capabilities and measurable policy/program outcomes.
Harness AI and emerging tech to advance data and analytics functions.
Lead stakeholder engagement and build capability across MSF/Whole-of-Government.
