Job summary

Sentosa Development Corporation & Subsidiaries seeks an Assistant Manager, Data & AI to engineer, deploy, and operate AI products and data platforms. You will own data pipelines, ML tooling, and cloud infrastructure while coordinating with IT, vendors, and government security standards.

You will drive automation of data ingestion, ensure platform reliability, and support governance with WOG compliance. Collaboration across guest, staff, and corporate use cases is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in data engineering, software engineering, or AI application development.
• Experience building and operating cloud-based data pipelines and AI applications, including Snowflake/MSSQL.
• Familiarity with WOG security policies and cloud gov requirements is advantageous.
• Hands-on delivery of production AI/ Data applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute roadmap for AI applications spanning guest experience, staff productivity, and processes.
• Lead development of AI-assisted decision support tools from prototype to pilot deployment.
• Contribute across AI applications portfolio with modular ownership and knowledge transfer.
• Design and maintain enterprise data pipelines for reliable data ingestion and transformation.
• Ensure security reviews and governance alignment with SG standards.

Education

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline

3-5 years of progressive experience in data engineering, software engineering, or AI application development

Experience building and operating cloud-based data pipelines and AI applications

Familiarity with Snowflake and MSSQL databases

Knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and prompt engineering
