Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Singapore seeks a Compliance Manager to assist with compliance management tasks and regulatory improvements. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience and be familiar with securities regulations in China and Singapore. Strong cross-cultural communication skills are required.

Qualifications

  • At least a university degree.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in compliance management.
  • Familiar with the compliance management work of securities companies.
  • Familiar with securities business regulations in China and Singapore.
  • Possesses cross-cultural communication skills and can coordinate relationships among employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and guide Galaxy Overseas in compliance management.
  • Improve information firewall and conflict of interest management.
  • Manage anti-money laundering efforts.
  • Facilitate communication between parent company and compliance department.
  • Implement compliance consulting and research tasks.
  • Complete tasks assigned by Compliance Supervisor.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the parent company and leaders.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for assisting and guiding Galaxy Overseas in implementing the various work requirements in the parent company's compliance management plan.
  2. Responsible for assisting the parent company in improving the group's information firewall and conflict of interest management mechanisms.
  3. Responsible for assisting the parent company in the vertical management of anti-money laundering at Galaxy Overseas.
  4. Responsible for communication and coordination between the parent company and Galaxy Overseas' compliance department.
  5. Responsible for implementing other vertical management-related work of the parent company, including compliance consulting, research, etc.
  6. Responsible for assisting in completing the relevant tasks assigned by Galaxy Overseas Compliance Supervisor.
  7. Complete other tasks assigned by the parent company, Galaxy Overseas, and leaders.
