Job summary

Civil Service College (CSC) in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Director, Organisation Development to lead the OD strategy and transformation agenda. You will partner with senior leaders to shape organisation design, culture, and change management, driving enterprise-wide initiatives across CSC to enable a resilient, future-ready public service.

You will lead diagnostics, develop interventions, and foster a high-performing OD team, aligning with CSC's strategic priorities and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in Organisation Development, Change Management or Organisation Design
• Ability to diagnose organisational challenges and design evidence-based interventions
• Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead the Organisation Development team and strategy for CSC
• Partner with senior management to diagnose challenges and design interventions
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation, organisation design, culture development and change management
• Lead diagnostics and employee listening through surveys and sessions
• Evaluate interventions using data and organisational health indicators
• Inspire and develop a high-performing Organisation Development team
