Job summary

Woodlands Hospital in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager for Organisation Development (OD) to support the Chief, People & Organisation Development and the OD team. You will help build a culture of trust, enablement and collaboration, and design strategies to reinforce the hospital's vision and priorities.

Your role includes coordinating OD interventions, translational simulation, evaluating programmes, and coaching teams to improve performance and readiness for change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational behaviour, psychology, social work, sociology, communications or related disciplines.
• Certificates in established OD programmes will be an added advantage.
• Healthcare background or internship in healthcare is advantageous.
• Strong interest and confidence in project management.
• 2–3 years of related experience in healthcare or organisation development.

Responsibilities

• Provide OD interventions and translational simulation support and evaluation.
• Co-lead and co-develop evaluation of programmes and interventions.
• Build and sustain high-performing teams within Woodlands Hospital.
• Contribute to capacity and capability building to handle change and improvement.
• Support Change Management projects aligning with the organisation's vision and goals.
