Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a support role.
• Prior experience in public agencies or similar functions will be advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist OD&T practitioners in organisational, division, team and individual interventions.
• Manage staff engagement processes and event logistics.
• Support development of employee communications campaigns and digital materials.
• Track feedback and manage monitoring functions.
• Maintain databases and assist dashboard development through data cleaning and testing.
• Finesse presentations and stimulus material for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct research to uncover insights for interventions.
• Brainstorm and develop OD solutions with project leads.
• Source transformation case examples from other organisations.
• Liaise with external vendors and manage procurement.
• Track budget and administrative paperwork.
• Support meeting schedules, room bookings and material preparation.
