You will report to the Town Council leadership and act as a Key Officer, driving profitable and compliant operations while aligning with policy directions and national projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 70–100 staff to manage a Singapore Town Council (60,000–100,000 residential units).
• Report to the Chairman and Members of Parliament of the Town Council.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficient delivery of services to residents and maintaining high living standards.
