Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Town Council operations, driving efficient service delivery and high standards of estate management. You will support strategic plans spanning transformation, resilience, financial sustainability and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 8+ years in Town Council management at a leadership level, with strong governance, finance, and project oversight experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Building or an approved professional qualification.
Minimum 8 years direct Town Council management experience at management level.
Experience in public sector or property management is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and cross‑functional leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist General Manager in leading Town Council operations for efficient service delivery.
Support medium- to long‑term strategic plans on transformation, resilience, sustainability and stakeholder engagement.
Help strengthen township business, identify opportunities and support client retention and development.
Provide leadership across maintenance, finance, administration, publicity, community development and projects.
Implement policies and improvements to enhance estate standards and service excellence.
Monitor service indicators, feedback and risks; propose corrective actions.
Engage Town Council leadership, MND, agencies, contractors and stakeholders on strategic matters.
Identify digitalisation and data analytics opportunities to improve township operations.
Develop team capability and succession readiness through coaching and accountability.
