Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore seeks an Assistant Director (Township) to oversee multiple facilities portfolios, with managerial oversight and reporting lines from Facilities Managers.

You will coordinate site operations, mobilisation, P&L, business development within Township/Facility Management, price proposals with BD team, present to clients, and drive best practices to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Management experience overseeing multiple facilities or client portfolios.
• Leadership experience coordinating with facilities teams.
• Strong understanding of township/facility management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Township Director in managing multiple projects as the account manager.
• Manage site operations, including mobilisation and P&L.
• Familiarise with Township business and sourcing of potential new business opportunities in Township/Facility Management.
• Maintain and expand client base, attend site show rounds, size up market opportunities, and establish rapport with prospective clients.
• Conduct costing analysis to propose pricing, prepare proposals, and work with BD on client presentations.
• Oversee and ensure the smooth running of accounts.
• Lead implementation of industry best practice, processes, and procedures.
• Meet the performance KPI in the contract.
• May be deployed to Town Councils as GM/DGM/AGM if needed.
