What the role is

You will be part of the Contracts team in NParks, working closely with cross functional teams to support the contract administration, governance, and compliance practices across development projects.

What you will be working on

You will be leading a team to work on contract governance functions, including:

  • Development and implementation of effective contract governance and compliance strategies
  • Providing strategic governance and risk insights across various contract management processes
  • Coordinating with cross functional teams for effective functioning of governance policies and procedures
  • Providing advice on compliance and risk‑related issues for continuous improvements in governance practices
What we are looking for
  • Areas of study in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, or Public Administration (with governance/audit experience), with training or specialisation in Project and/or Contract Management
  • Experience in governance, compliance, or risk management in the areas of development/construction projects
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to advise and coordinate across departments
  • Ability to think critically and strategically with a focus on process improvements, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Expertise in governance and compliance advisory roles
  • Knowledge and experience in regulatory and legal frameworks pertaining to public‑sector procurement, contract administration, and governance
