National Arts Council in Singapore seeks a Deputy Director for Infrastructure Planning & Development to lead the planning and stewardship of Singapore's arts space ecosystem. You will translate NAC's long-term strategies into precinct, space and housing outcomes, partnering with government agencies, developers and arts organisations.

Formación

• Experience in urban planning, property or infrastructure planning.
• Experience in policy development related to infrastructure, space management or cultural policy.
• Experience in leasing, asset or tenancy management, including contract administration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and review of the Arts Spaces Plan.
• Direct demand-supply and spatial analysis to identify future needs by form, location and typology.
• Lead cultural precinct strategies and placemaking efforts across major precincts.
• Identify, evaluate and secure opportunities for arts spaces through government and private partnerships.
• Oversee tenancy processes across Arts Housing Scheme and related frameworks.
• Coordinate with agencies on planning, budgeting and space optimisation.
• Foster governance, compliance and continuous process improvements.
• Engage stakeholders across government, private sector and community partners.
