• At least 10 years of relevant experience in urban planning, property or infrastructure planning.
• Experience in policy development related to infrastructure or cultural policy.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities across multi-functional teams.

• Translate long-term infrastructure strategies into precinct, space and arts housing outcomes.
