Job summary

Arts House Group in Singapore seeks a Manager to assist the Centre Head in operating and activating arts centres, aligning policies, safety and tenant requirements. You will coordinate with Facilities Management and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging placemaking programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will develop tenancy processes, monitor tenant performance, and drive collaborations across precincts while maintaining a visitor-friendly and compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in events, hospitality, business, marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in venue/centre operations, facilities or tenancy management.
• Experience with tenants, hirers, vendors and internal stakeholders on operations.
• Experience supporting tenancy compliance, governance, SOPs or regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating maintenance or CAPEX projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Centre Head in developing SOPs and centre management systems.
• Ensure tenants' adherence to policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management for upkeep and safety inspections.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational readiness.
• Assist tenancy processes, compliance frameworks and reporting.
• Monitor tenant compliance and arrears; coordinate with Finance.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations, activations and placemaking.
• Support centre-led programmes and community engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to CAPEX coordination and project delivery.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders for smooth operations.
