National Arts Council in Singapore seeks a Facilities and Workplace Strategy lead to manage NAC's corporate office renovation, space planning and asset management. You will oversee projects from feasibility to handover, coordinate with landlords, consultants and internal teams, and ensure compliance and sustainability targets are met.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities/workspace management, with strong budgeting, procurement and stakeholder skills.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, workplace strategy, corporate real estate or related field.
• Experience in office renovation or workplace improvement projects is advantageous.
• Exposure to arts venues or public-facing facilities is useful.
• Green Mark Accredited Professional or similar overseas certifications would be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NAC's corporate workplace infrastructure and renovation programmes end-to-end, including feasibility, requirements, budget and procurement strategy.
• Oversee readiness, handover, safety, compliance and vendor coordination for office projects.
• Manage project governance, cost forecasts, variations and lifecycle information for NAC assets.
• Support GreenGov.SG implementation and cross-department improvements within Infrastructure Planning & Development.
