Job summary

National Arts Council Singapore is recruiting for a facilities and workplace leadership role. You will develop NAC’s workplace strategy, manage office renovations, and coordinate with landlords, consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and compliance.

You will lead end-to-end project execution, manage budgets and procurement, and drive sustainability initiatives across NAC’s corporate office environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, workplace strategy, corporate real estate, asset management or related field.
• Experience in office renovation or workplace improvement projects is a plus.
• Exposure to arts centres or public-facing facilities is useful.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace strategy, space planning and transformation.
• Oversee corporate office renovation, relocation and improvements end-to-end.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors and internal teams on schedules, budgets and risk controls.
• Ensure regulatory submissions are managed and compliance is maintained.
• Drive GreenGov.SG implementation and sustainability reporting.
