Job summary

The National Arts Council (NAC) champions the arts in Singapore and leads workplace infrastructure initiatives for its corporate office and assets. The role focuses on renovating and improving NAC’s workspace, coordinating with landlords, consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver compliant and efficient facilities projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, workplace strategy or related fields.
• Experience with office renovation or workplace improvement projects; familiarity with arts/cultural venues is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate organisational needs into practical workplace solutions.
• Excellent project management, budgeting, procurement and vendor management skills.
• Proactive communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace infrastructure initiatives and manage NAC's corporate office renovations end‑to‑end.
• Oversee facilities operations, regulatory submissions, compliance, safety and asset management.
• Coordinate with external consultants, vendors and internal teams; monitor costs, risks and delivery.
• Drive GreenGov.SG implementation and sustainability improvements across NAC.
• Provide governance, reporting and performance insights to NAC leadership and partners.
