National Arts Council (NAC) in Singapore seeks a seasoned facilities and workplace leader to drive corporate office renovation, space planning and infrastructure projects. You will manage end-to-end programmes, engage stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

You will influence budget, procurement and vendor management while delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, safety and sustainability across NAC facilities.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, workplace strategy, corporate real estate or related field.
• Ability to translate organisational needs into practical workplace and facilities solutions.
• Good project management and commercial skills including budgets, procurement, contracts and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate options and make recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across staff and management.
• Green Mark Accredited Professional or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workplace strategy, space planning and transformation; office planning and project leadership.
• Oversee corporate office renovation programmes, feasibility, user requirements, budgets, procurement and handover.
• Manage end-to-end office relocation and improvement projects; coordinate with consultants and vendors.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and resolve competing requirements with design, cost, and phasing trade-offs.
• Oversee statutory submissions and compliance for office projects; maintain approvals registers.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, facilities teams and building management to align project requirements and continuity.
• Sponsor data-driven improvements to workplace performance and maintainability.
