dentalplus clinic pte. ltd. is seeking a senior front-of-house leader to deliver exceptional patient service across three clinics. You will mentor the front-desk team, manage escalations, and ensure service standards.

The role offers a 5-day rotating schedule with a weekend day, two rest days, day shifts 8:30am–6:15pm, and holidays off. You'll oversee daily operations, bookings, payments, insurance claims, and collaborate with clinical staff.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in front-desk or patient service within a healthcare setting.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience with strong communication.
• Able to perform core front-desk duties: bookings, payments, insurance claims, correspondence.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and model patient service the team can copy.
• Mentor front-desk colleagues and maintain standards.
• Resolve complaints and escalations.
• Coordinate with the clinical team and oversee claims accuracy.
• Carry out the administrative work behind daily clinic operations.
