Job summary

SmilePoint Dental Centre Pte. Ltd. seeks a champion of patient relations for a senior front-desk role across our clinics. You will mentor the team, handle escalations, and uphold excellent service standards in a busy healthcare setting.

The schedule is a rotating 5‑day week with at least one weekend day, day shifts 8:30am–6:15pm, no night clinics and public holidays off. You’ll manage patient bookings, payments, insurance claims and correspondences while coordinating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Requires local diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in front-desk/patient service, ideally healthcare.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience.
• Ability to handle bookings, payments, insurance claims and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and model excellent patient service.
• Mentor front-desk colleagues and maintain standards.
• Resolve complaints and escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with the clinical team and oversee claims accuracy.
• Carry out administrative tasks that support daily clinic operations.
