Job summary

Mr Bucket Chocolaterie in Singapore is seeking a dedicated team member for a hands-on production role in our chocolate kitchen. You will help with production and decoration of chocolate shells and prepare bon bon fillings, following our recipes to meet daily targets.

You will also support retail operations by opening the kitchen, carrying out daily tasks, managing inventories, and helping with cleaning after service.

About the Job

Production

• Production and decoration of chocolate shells

• Preparation of bon bon fillings

• Follow recipes to produce required quantities of chocolate products

• Pipe and fill bon bons according to standards

• Assist with quality checks to ensure product consistency and quality

Support Retail Operations

• Assist with opening of the kitchen

• Carry out daily operational tasks according to staff roster

• Maintain inventory and supply records

• Support crisis response and recovery in line with business continuity policies

• Assist with cleaning and packing up of the kitchen after service
