Job summary

Mr Bucket Chocolaterie in Singapore is seeking a dedicated team member for a hands-on production role in our chocolate kitchen. You will help with production and decoration of chocolate shells and prepare bon bon fillings, following our recipes to meet daily targets.

You will also support retail operations by opening the kitchen, carrying out daily tasks, managing inventories, and helping with cleaning after service.

Responsibilities

• Production and decoration of chocolate shells.

• Pipe and fill bon bons according to standards.
• Assist with quality checks to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Assist with opening the kitchen and daily operational tasks.
• Maintain inventory and records; assist with cleaning and packing up after service.
