Job summary

Mr Bucket in Singapore is seeking a friendly barista to prepare and serve coffee, chocolate beverages, and other drinks to meet quality standards. You will take orders accurately and provide warm customer service while supporting outlet operations, including stock handling and opening/closing duties.

The ideal candidate has prior barista or F&B service experience, is a quick learner, communicates well, and can work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or F&B service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, chocolate beverages, and other drinks to quality standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and beverage equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area and hygiene standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and process POS transactions.
• Assist customers with recommendations on chocolates, drinks, and gifts.
• Handle takeaway and dine-in orders promptly and assist with packing.

Job Summary

You will prepare and serve coffee, chocolate beverages, and other drinks to meet Mr Bucket’s quality standards while providing accurate order taking and friendly customer service. You will support outlet operations by maintaining cleanliness, handling stock, and assisting with packing and opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, chocolate beverages, and other drinks following Mr Bucket’s quality and presentation standards
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and beverage equipment to produce consistent drinks
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment, and utensils to ensure a safe and hygienic workspace
• Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, and beverage supplies to maintain inventory levels
• Take customer orders accurately and process POS/cashier transactions efficiently
• Assist customers by recommending chocolates, drinks, and gift items based on their preferences
• Handle takeaway and dine-in orders promptly to ensure smooth service flow
• Support packing of chocolate products and gift items as needed to prepare for customer delivery
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and comply with food safety standards throughout shifts
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet according to company SOPs and safety guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold Mr Bucket’s brand image and service standards
