CACAO SOCIAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Part-Time Guest Experience Crew to be the face of Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie in Singapore.

You will support retail, café, and workshop operations while delivering warm, memorable experiences to guests and ensuring high service standards. You will greet guests, make recommendations, handle sales at the POS, assist with café duties, and help with workshops and events. Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided. Experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Recommend chocolates, beverages, desserts, and gift items based on guests' preferences.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with café service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Support chocolate workshops and guest experiences when required.
• Replenish products and ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked and presentable.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the retail and café areas.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
