Job summary

Adidas Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Demand Planning to drive the end-to-end planning process for SEA, aligning unconstraint demand and Demand Planning Signal. You will work with Marketing, Sales and Purchasing to ensure accurate forecasts and optimal inventory.

The role requires 4-5 years in demand planning, a bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel, SAP APO and MicroStrategy skills. This is a full-time on-site position based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Drive the demand planning process and ensure alignment of unconstraint demand.
• Validate data integrity and cleanse data prior to forecasting.
• Coordinate with SCM-APO and AFS-SCA; deliver timely demand plans.
• Review forecast accuracy and drive improvements in the process.
• Interface with Marketing, Sales, and Country teams to build consensus.
• Manage data interfaces between systems (RMA, SCM-APO, AFS-SCA, MSTR).
• Lead demand review meetings focusing on forecast trends vs targets.
• Release unconsumed demand and maintain visibility for future planning.
